Gold Form – Join the Band

The Gold Form is the official application for the ASU Sun Devil Marching Band. All members, regardless of section, must complete this form by the date indicated to be considered for the marching season. Registration via the Online Application is available to ASU students only and requires ASUrite login. Non-ASU students (community members attending a local community college, etc.) must complete the PDF version of the form and submit directly to the Band Office as directed.
