Thank you for your interest in the ASU Herberger Institute School of Music. The school offers two primary master’s degree programs: the Master of Arts and Master of Music. The school also offers a Doctor of Musical Arts in various concentrations. These degree programs prepare you for a career in performance, college/university teaching, public school teaching, composition or working on the stage as directors and performers. As a graduate music major, you have four steps you need to follow to be considered for admittance into the school. Please read all information regarding the application and audition process prior to submitting materials.
