



2nd International Conference on Narrative Inquiry in Music
Education
Scholars and researchers pursuing narrative inquiry in music education are invited to participate in the second international conference on Narrative Inquiry in Music Education (NIME2). The purposes of the NIME2 conference are to examine the current and potential uses of narrative inquiry in music education, and to advance the philosophical, theoretical, and methodological bases of narrative inquiry in music education. The NIME2 conference builds on the conversations of the first NIME conference and will provide a forum to engage critically with this emerging body of scholarship.

In addition to keynote speakers, the conference will include presentation
of papers, symposium sessions featuring multiple related presentations
or discussion of topics related to conducting narrative inquiry,
and Narrative Gallery sessions in which works in progress will be
presented.
